1. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Slap Appy LLC (“Slap Appy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Slap Appy mobile application (the “App” or “Software”) and any related services (the “Services”).

 

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App or Services.

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

 

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

 

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You represent and warrant that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

 

3. Access and Use of the Services

All users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws whether or not they create an account.

4. Description of Services

 

 

Virtual Numbers

Slap Appy provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS messages primarily for verification purposes.

 

Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

 

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for:

 

• Fraud or illegal activity

• Spam or unsolicited communications

• Harassment or abuse

• Interference with the Services

• Unauthorized access or circumvention

 

 

 

 

4.1 Definitions

 

 

Virtual Number: A cloud based phone number provided solely to receive SMS through the App.

Disposable Number: A Virtual Number intended for a single verification.

Credits: Prepaid non refundable units with no cash value.

OTP: A one time password delivered via SMS.

Fair Use: Reasonable non abusive usage as determined by Slap Appy.

 

 

 

4.2 One Time Use Guarantee

 

 

Each Disposable Number is valid for a single verification only. After the first successful delivery, additional messages may be unsupported. Attempts to reuse a number void support and refund eligibility.

 

 

 

4.3 Fair Use Policy

 

 

Bulk usage or automation is prohibited unless expressly authorized through a Slap Appy issued API key. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and forfeiture of unused credits without refund.

 

 

 

4.4 Suspicious Activity

 

 

Slap Appy cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when legally required to investigate fraud, spam, terrorism financing, or similar offenses.

 

 

 

4.5 Security and Data Storage

 

 

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 or better. Cross border transfers, where applicable, rely on GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.

 

 

 

4.6 Consumer Rights and Refunds

 

 

Once any amount of credit is consumed, statutory withdrawal rights are forfeited.

 

 

 

4.7 Force Majeure

 

 

Slap Appy is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including telecom outages, internet disruptions, war, sanctions, natural disasters, pandemics, or coordinated attacks.

 

 

 

4.8 Severability and Entire Agreement

 

 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Slap Appy.

 

 

 

4.9 Updates to Terms

 

 

Material changes to these Terms will be announced within the App prior to taking effect.

 

 

 

4.10 Support Policy

 

 

We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 business hours. SMS delivery depends on third party carriers and is provided on a best effort basis without guaranteed delivery.

 

 

 

5. Purchases and Payments

 

 

Pricing

The App is free to download. Credits must be purchased to access Services. Pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice.

 

Payment Authorization

You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method. All purchases are one time purchases with no subscriptions.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or the applicable third party platform in accordance with their policies. Abuse of refund mechanisms may result in account suspension or termination.

 

 

 

6. Data Collection and Privacy

 

 

By using the App, you consent to the sharing of limited consumption data with Apple for operational, refund, and compliance purposes. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content, software, and functionality associated with the App are the exclusive property of Slap Appy LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

You are granted a limited, non transferable, revocable license for personal non commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

 

 

 

8. Disclaimers

 

 

The Services are provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third party service dependencies may impact availability.

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slap Appy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or data arising from use of the Services.

 

Restricted Jurisdictions

The Services are not available in the Russian Federation. Access from Russian IP addresses, payment methods, or locations is prohibited.

 

 

 

10. Indemnification

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slap Appy LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

 

 

11. Termination

 

 

You may stop using the App at any time. Slap Appy may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations or misuse without prior notice.

 

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

 

13. Changes to Services

 

 

Slap Appy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.
